Our Top Chef acquired a rich working experience.
After learning the ropes in starred restaurants,
he obtained the title of “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”
and “Maître Cuisinier de France”. Today, he teaches
his passion and his know-how in a famous culinary
french school.

Candidate of Top Chef 2016, Joy Astrid Poinsot signs
the 1st exclusive creation of the “Collection Ephémère”
(Temporary Collection). After a training in the Institute
Paul Bocuse and experiences at “La Maison Lameloise”,
“La Grande Cascade”, she developed her passion in the
“Terminus” of Arnay-le-Duc before becoming Chef of
Culinary Research at “Chez Camille” and participating
in the famous Top Chef TV show.

For our “Collection Ephémère”, she created:

Candidate by the season 8 of Top Chef TV show,
Kelly Rangama signs the 2nd exclusive creation
of the “Collection Ephémère” (Temporary Collection).
After a training in the ESCF Ferrandi and experiences
in the kitchens of “Westin”, “Saint James”, “La Villa
Corse”, “Boutary”, she expresses more particularly
its talent in the kitchens of “The Aroma” before
opening recently “L’Affable”, its own restaurant.
